Chief Operation Officer
Mr. Tony Orlando is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Service for TMA Resources, Inc., a single source provider of member relationship management software solutions for trade associations, professional societies, labor unions and other member-centric organizations. Mr. Orlando is responsible for both implementation and production customers. He also serves as member of the company’s Executive Planning Group and is based at corporate headquarters in Vienna, Va.
Mr. Orlando comes to TMA Resources with more than a decade of experience running professional services organizations in enterprise software companies. Through this time he has been responsible for developing and delivering $200M of services revenue.
Prior to joining TMA Resources, Mr. Orlando ran consulting sales and delivery for StorageNetworks of Waltham, Ma., who pioneered the delivery of data storage through a utility service model.
Prior to StorageNetworks, Mr. Orlando was the Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Consulting Sales and Delivery at Herndon, Va. offices of Computer Associates servicing their e-business, application development, business intelligence, and enterprise management customer opportunities. Mr. Orlando came to Computer Associates through the acquisition of Platinum Technologies, an enterprise software company.
At Platinum, Mr. Orlando was Vice President of the North American Information Management Consulting division, servicing data warehousing and business intelligence customer opportunities. Mr. Orlando came to Platinum through the acquisition of RELTECH, a start-up repository software company, where he was responsible for key accounts.
Mr. Orlando graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
