A Night Out on the Town

Monday night you can explore Vancouver! You can explore on your own or you can hop on a bus to Yaletown for a Night Out on the Town.   Yaletown is one of Vancouver’s most eclectic and energetic neighborhood lined with local shops, galleries and restaurants.

In the previous years we have offered a dine-around option and let people sign up for certain restaurants in advance.  Because there is so much to see in Vancouver and sometimes not enough time to explore we decided to ditch the reservation and give you some flexibility to shop, explore, and grab a bite to eat.  The Yaletown Business Improvement Association has been actively involved in making your night out in Yaletown a memorable one.

A bus will take you from the Westin Bayshore to Yaletown Brewing Company.  You will be greeted by a few representatives from the Yaletown Business Improvement Association.  They will have a map of the local area, goodie bags with special offers, and even provide smaller group tours.  If you don’t want to jump in a tour you are free to roam around on your own or with friends.  Many local shops are staying open later just for us!  After shopping you can head to one of the many local restaurants on the block.

Transportation back to the hotel will start at 8:30 p.m. and run in 15-20 minute shifts, with the final bus leaving at 10:00 p.m.  If you are having too much fun to leave by 10:00 p.m. feel free to stay out and arrange your own transportation back to the hotel.  Many of the restaurants and pubs will be happy to call a cab for you.  Just don’t forget to save energy for a big day on Tuesday.
